I Paint My Own Reality
I feel a spiritual connection when it comes to art because it takes you into a completely different focus, perspective and feeling- one that feels almost like an escape from the harsh reality of this world. That’s why I admire it so much! What matters in art is the dedication, time, focus and energy that you devote to your pieces, even if it’s just a simple painting or a sketch. It comes with a variety of colors and mediums such as oil, acrylic, gauche and water and for sketching the different shades of blacks and whites. Each carries a different emotion, perspective and texture which adds to the appeal. Not only that, art also carries a lot about realism and reality. If you take a look at paintings from hundreds of years ago, you’ll find such intricate details that seem hidden but once you observe it well along with the context, it makes so much more sense and also often carries an emotion with it.
Crazy cool right? I dream of a day where I can display my pieces at an art exhibition, what a wonderful feeling it must be!
